As the founder and Career Strategist of Work Wonders Careers, Jenn is helping individuals get clear on their goals, confident in their value and convey it in a compelling way throughout their career journey.

Alina Din

Alina has worked in the community space for 4 years, starting out at Khan Academy, then Quora, and is now a Community Manager at a software startup called Retool. Prior to that, she's worked as a freelance writer, Urdu TA, and in student services administration. Her favorite thing about community is talking directly to users/customers and advocating for them internally to help solve their pain points.

Carrie Melissa Jones is an author, community builder, and researcher of online communities. Her work has influenced the world’s leading online brand communities including the American Medical Association, Patreon, Google, and two U.S. presidential campaigns. She is the author of the award-winning book Building Brand Communities: How Organizations Succeed by Creating Belonging with Charles Vogl and a student, teacher, and researcher of virtual communities at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
